MISTY RIVER

Misty River is a restoration project tailored for clients who wanted to downsize without sacrificing their ability to host cozy gatherings. Situated in Kitchener, Ontario, and perched above a scenic ravine, the property exudes old mid-century charm. The surrounding natural landscape inspired the design, leading to a moody, earthy color scheme that complements the mid-century aesthetics of the home. The restoration included rewiring a built-in record player from the 1960s and repurposing the existing glass door leading to the backyard into an entry for a newly retrofitted sauna.
