Project Orchard Oasis is an 18,000 sqft luxury private residence located on the outskirts of Waterloo, Ontario. Built on an orchard with over 10,000 plum trees, this new-build home draws inspiration from its lush surroundings, seamlessly bridging the outdoors with the indoors. Designed as a forever home, Orchard Oasis serves as a private sanctuary intended to nurture and raise a growing family of four.

Key features of Orchard Oasis project include a 20-foot tall entrance with a custom sculptural installation created in partnership with local artist Anthony Valin. This piece integrates plum and maple leaves, echoing the natural elements found across the property. The entire home is painted with chemical-free, lime-based paint to ensure a toxin-free environment for the family with young kids. Additionally, the project features an indoor pool house with an integrated tree feature, enhancing the connection to nature. Architectural elements throughout the project include gentle curves and arches, alongside bold uses of stone and travertine. Other collaborations with artists include a custom forest-themed wallpaper designed by a European artist, and a striking horse painting, commissioned from a Canadian artist, with reins that dramatically extend onto the wall.
